Strala founders Tara Stiles (Vanity Fair's Coolest Yoga Instructor Ever) and Mike Taylor (MindBodyGreen's Best Mover) lead all classes, retreats, and trainings. Tara trained with Paul Taylor Dance Company choreographer Eileen Cropley, and began her yoga study with ballet teacher Rory Foster of American Ballet Theater. Mike studied mind-body medicine at Harvard, and has practiced tai chi and qigong for over 30 years.
